Embright Partners with Rightway for an Enhanced Member Experience
Embright has partnered with Rightway as the vendor for daily Embright member engagement services. Rightway offers members a multi-channel contact center experience through the HIPAA-compliant Embright member portal, which is available on desktop and mobile phone app (iPhone and Android). This means that Embright members can connect with a member services representative, also known as a “health guide”, via in-app chat/text or by phone to help with all of their care navigation needs, such as appointment scheduling, finding a doctor or facility, or questions about their benefits. These enhanced member engagement services are available to Boeing and PEBB/SEBB members.
