These Terms & Conditions of Use ("Terms") tell you terms on which you are permitted to use the Embright website, Embright.com, ("Site"). You should read these Terms carefully. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.  If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, you must immediately terminate your use of the Site.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

The relationship between you and Embright will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive venue for any dispute between you and Embright will rest in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

These Site Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Embright relating to this Site. There is no agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between any user and Embright arising solely through the use of this Site. These Site Terms and Conditions of Use are binding upon your successors, assigns, heirs and executors.
